ChoCoNut (makes 8 large)  Ingredients: 1 tbp brown rice malt syrup,1 cup Almond meal,½ cup almond nut paste,1 tsp vanilla bean paste,1 tsp cardamom,1 tsp cinnamon, 2tbsp raw cacao powder, pinch of Himalayan salt, 1 tbsp flax seeds, 1 tbsp chia seeds.Shredded coconut for decoration.Combine   in a food processor all the ingredients (without  shredded coconut) until mixture is combined. roll in coconut.
