Anzac Cookies ~ made another batch of these cookies using recipe from BBC Good Food cookbook! This time round the cookies have better colour, texture and taste. Changes made were 70g dessicated coconut (instead of the original 85g), 115g butter (instead of 100g), and treacle (instead of maple syrup) were used. Roll mixture into small balls and pressed them down flat to ahieve crispy ends. Nevertheless, these are still a chewy rather than crispy cookies.
