You'll never see a packet Kiev in my kitchen again. The butter is great to freeze alone (especially if you have sad looking herbs around) & the kievs can be frozen as well. I prefer to just oven cook mine rather then fry & then oven cook. http://skinnymixers.com.au/2015/06/skinnymixers-lchf-chicken-kiev/

Skinnymixers Risotto Frittata. I double the vegetables, I also baked them while the risotto was cooking & I added all the cheese in while I was blending the vegetables http://skinnymixers.com.au/2015/09/skinnymixers-risotto-frittata-with-a-twist/

I've always had trouble making pavlova. I seem to have found the perfect recipe. It's combined a few recipes I found & also took on board a few tips I read. Preheat oven to 200 degrees while you whip your egg whites. Whip 6 egg whites to soft peaks. You need 1 1/4 cups of caster sugar & add it in 1 tablespoon at at time. Before baking add 1/2 teaspoon of white vinegar & 1 tablespoon of cornflour/tapioca. Immediately turn the oven down to 150 for 20 minutes, then to 100 for 1.5 hrs & finish…

Dim sims in the thermie. These are excellent & are exactly like the ones from the yum cha box. The only downside I had when I first cooked them was that the dough was a bit too soggy for me. So I reduced the time to 28 minutes & then put them on 180 fan forced for 10 minutes till crispy http://www.recipecommunity.com.au/starters-recipes/shadys-dim-sims/23565

"Life changing crackers" & beetroot dip. The crackers are amazing. I always go with the rosemary & garlic flavouring. The blogger also has a bread version, haven't tried it but it is on my list to make. The beetroot dip is great too. I love the colour. http://www.mynewroots.org/site/2014/07/the-life-changing-crackers/ http://www.juliegoodwin.com.au/roast-beetroot-dip-recipe
