Not sure where to start for weight loss and health education that is reputable. These are all books that I have enjoyed to read along my journey from starting uni, working in energy metabolism research and as a practitioner in health and happiness.

This was the 2nd book I read of Dr Libby Weavers and loved it. A great elaboration from the other information she has shared and assisted me to ensure that I created space for chill exercise like yoga, meditation, 'sun time' and stretching. All very important aspects to be whole and well.

This book has a great physiologic, metabolic and scientific angle to weight loss. It is not too scientific (I think).  Understand why your body does what it does, the science behind the 'famine' response and be more understanding and empowered to create the body you want and a life you will love.
