Charcoal 1/5 Two brilliant pieces of meat. The rib eye has been dry aged for 30 days. I love wood grilled steak but for the first time I decided to try charcoal. It was an interesting experiment.
Charcoal 2/5 This is the first time I have worked with Charcoal instead of beginning with wood. The Charcoal was%100 natural and chemical free.
Charcoal 5/5 It ended up overdone. A good first effort on charcoal. Interestingly although the "char" on the steak was good it had none of the flavour of wood grilled steak. I am still a wood grilled devotee!
