Chin up technique
Weight through heels, shoulders back, chest proud. Use the squat to drive bell up into the pull.
Bicycle - Abs
Front squat - bar should be up under the chin (can even get it higher than I do here) and elbows pushed up as high as you can get them. Keep chest proud and weight solidly through heels.
