The former McDowells Department Store in Caringbah NSW (left of shot). The shot was from 1964.  It was converted into a Waltons store in the 1970's, and closed down in the late 1980's.  The building is still there, but it was gutted and converted into an office building with ground floor retail.

Cronulla School of Arts circa 1910.The CSOA may have sold the land this weatherboard building stood on to fund the first level building upgrade, the building was demolished in 1970's probably owned by SSC and then onsold to Hookers for development.
