Barbecued Ribs: Fall-Off-The-Bone Ribs - OMG Amazing and the best I've ever made. I used my own rub, baking thick sections of three ribs each at 325 degrees for 2.5 hrs. and then broiling as instructed. They come out so tender that you can eat them without picking up the bone. They fall right off! And the flavor goes all through the meat. My old recipe is now in the garbage! #ribs
