Spinach is high in calcium, vitamin A and iron, to name a small few. This smoothie is a great solution for people wanting to get their daily fill of fresh fruits and vegetables; it’s SO good for you.

This is a quick, easy breakfast. You can change out the fruit, although if you leave out the pineapple you might need to add some sweetener. Makes 2 large or 3 medium smoothies.
