High protein Stuffed bell peppers 🫑Via @danae.fit Ingredients: - 4 large bell peppers cut in 1/2 - 1/2 of a white onion diced - 1lb lean ground turkey - 1 can black beans - 1.5 tsp salt - 1-2 tsp black pepper - 1 tbsp chicken bouillon - 1 tsp cumin - 1 tsp paprika - A pinch of cayenne pepper - 1 cup shredded cheese of your choice Instructions: 1. Cut your Bellpeppers in 1/2 and lay them evenly on a baking sheet. 2. Bake at 350 for approx. 15 minutes 3. While your peppers are in the oven, heat a pan to medium high heat. Add your diced onion and sauté until translucent. 4. Add your ground turkey and season with the spices listed above. Break the turkey into small grounds. 5. Add the can of black beans to the meat mixture and stir until well combined.
