It may be because the pose is so good for many health issues plaguing our society today: tiredness, back pain and stiffness from sitting all day.

Trying to motivate yourself can be a tough gig, especially with winter just around the corner, so it's more important than ever to know what is motivating you get to class and think about how you will feel after class. Make sure you are coming to feel amazing, cause working out doesn't always sound so appealing to us all. Most importantly - have fun, enjoy and make the most of it!
