Sour cabbage- 1/2 cup.  Salt, pepper.  Oil.  Directions:  Heat an oven to 200C/390F. Line a baking tray with a foil paper. Seriously and insanely tasty way to prepare lamb. My friend, who is one of the best cooks i know, gave me this recipe.  Ingredients:  Banjo shoulder- 1 whole.  Garlic bulb- unpeeled, broken into cloves.  Rosemary- 3 stems, leaves only.  Red wine- 200 ml.  Salt, pepper.  Oven bag.  Directions:  Preheat the oven to 200C.  Rub the lamb with salt, paper.  Place in the oven bag, along with rosemary, wine and garlic cloves.  Bake for and hour. That's easy.
