New recipe on the blog! Toasted Oat, Hazelnut and Cacao Granola with Rosewater. The world doesn't really need another granola recipe. But I made this sweetener-free granola using what I had for the @eatdrinkblogau breakfast cereal photo comp, and enjoyed eating the end product so much I had to share anyway! Served here over Greek yoghurt with pomegranates, mint and an extra drizzle of rosewater.
My first recipe from #simplicious: Pretty Spring Risotto with Powerhouse Dressing, a gorgeous vegetarian lunch that packs a nutritional punch. It kicks off the start to a new challenge - to cook all 306 recipes from the book, 'Julie and Julia' style. Offal and all. New recipe! Easy Apple and Hazelnut Frangipane Tarts. These are quick to make and use only a little rice malt syrup as a sweetener, so they are #IQS friendly. BUT they are rather moreish - and very much a treat! #dreamingofalmonds
