Healthy cookies - 3 mashed bananas (ripe), 1/3 cup apple sauce, 2 cups oats, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup raisins, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon. preheat oven to 350 degrees. bake for 15-20 minutes. NO SUGAR!
i modified this a bit to feed the masses at my house: 6 demi baguettes 1 pkg sausage 14 eggs 1c heavy cream 8oz shredded cheese (i used pepperjack) Bake @ 350 for 35-40 minutes They turned out really good! The egg part was fluffy too ;) NOTE TO SELF: this ended up being a "heavy" meal for us, so next time serve with fruit, lol
