Yummy cake
Last week we had a morning tea to farewell a colleague going on family leave, and my co-worker Michael brought in the most beautiful passion fruit sponge cake that I absolutely adored. He passed on the recipe and I promptly spent my weekend making it. My first attempt was an abject failure, I made too many mistakes to mention. But I am nothing if not persistent, and so yesterday I made my second attempt, under the careful supervision of my mini me, who read the recipe and managed the stirring. A
