Add basement, add stairs (maybe where the laundry is and put the laundry in the basement?), combine half bathrooms into one full bathroom?, combine his/her walk-in closets into one smaller walk-in closet and extend master bathroom. Where to put pellet wood stove? Steal some space from the bathroom for a front hall closet. Cellar in basement of garage?
