The contemporary inspired home was designed by architecture studio Stocker Hoesterey Montenegro, located in the Bluffview neighborhood of Dallas, Texas.

Architect in Dallas, Texas serving Highland Park, University Park and North Dallas.

The design team’s clever solution to the property’s existing cracked pool was to replace it with a fiberglass model from San Juan Pools of Colorado. The feature was set in place by a crane and surrounded with concrete.

The rear façade features a large terrace with a limestone fire pit. Douglas- fir beams extend from the roofline, shading the terrace and the master suite, which is encased in blued steel. The teak sofa and chairs are from Restoration Hardware.

Australian practice Matt Gibson Archtecture drew inspiration from mid-century Modernist architecture in Brazil for the design of this Concrete House in a suburb of Melbourne.
