HIP MOBILITY VARIATIONS
✅You will need a resistance band to perform the exercises in this series. 🔘Worlds Greatest Stretch - This warm up is slightly tweaked from the original, it does not include the traditional elbow to floor/hamstring stretch. 🔘Hip Flexor Stretch - Keep the pelvis posteriorly tilted throughout the motion. 🔘90/90 Hip Switch - Keep the heels of both feet on the ground at all times and move through the motion slowly while alternating IR and ER of the hip joint.
Piriformis Syndrome
🎥Piriformis stretch seated: 📍ankle of affected side crossed to opposite side knee 📍keep torso upright📍HINGE HIPS forward (don't just round out low back) 📍gently pressure downward on knee to increase stretch 🎥Lying: 📍same cross position📍bring thigh towards chest 📍reach through "window" to grasp thigh and move closer📍use elbow to rotate on knee pressing downward❗️ 🎥Lateral Taps: Progression- start close to the ground - like 6inches📍slowly move up step height as you are able to drop t

6 Hip-Strengthening Mini Band Exercises
