OREO CAKE POPS. Ingredients- 300 grams Oero Cookies, 150 grams Cream Cheese, 450 grams White Chocolate, 60 grams Merken's Candy Melts. METHOD-Crush oreo cookies finely in a food processor. Add cream cheese and process until the mixture clumps together. Put in fridge overnight. Roll into balls, place on baking paper, put in fridge until firm. Melt the Chocolate. Dip the truffles into the melted chocolate, allow the excess to drip off and than place on the baking paper.
