Emus - The outback, Australia. An emu is a large, flightless Australian bird (Dromiceius novaehollandiae) related to and resembling the ostrich and the cassowary. And that red dirt gets into everything and will not be removed.

Australian billabong.

Anna loves the Aussie bush, read about her in The Con by Gael McCarte. Reading this book is like a trip to without the TSA hassle. The smell of eucalyptus in the air on a hot day cannot be replicated.

Windmills and water tanks.

Does anything scream "Australian outback" as loudly as a rusted windmill and water tank?
