Yet another achievement for myself lol My husband is a carb freak Tonight I cooked the gorgeous Kylie Burnett inspired - YIAH San Choy Bow and he is completely blown away !!! Tonight I used YIAH Indonesian Rendang for 1 half and YIAH Thai satay for the other half !!
YIAH White Chocolate, Pavlova + Blueberry Cheesecake | Combine 200g processed biscuit crumbs with 100g butter and press into a 26cm long bar tin (lined with baking paper). Combine 4 TBS YIAH White Chocolate Powder with 250g light Philly cheese and spoon onto base. Do the same with 4 TBS YIAH Pavlova Powder and spoon into base. Sugar Puff Pastry This is the easiest ever recipe - one sheet of puff pastry cut in strips coat both sides with YIAH specialty sugars bake for 10 mins till brown and hey presto... fill with whipped cream with Choc Raspberry Choc Powder, of the YIAH Lemon Myrtle White Choc Powder and sprinkle with lime dukka. SO YUMMY and quickest snack ever.
