I am so thankful to have a car to drive. Before I put the keys in the ignition I take a few breaths to calm my mind and heart. I resist the temptation to pick up my phone while driving and stay focused on obeying the rules of the road. My car is a sanctuary. There is never any need for me to speed. I enjoy taking my time. If I find myself in a traffic jam, I use that time to enjoy the peace or maybe some music while practicing patience. I am a safe, alert and courteous driver…
