So much of what drives me is the fact that I think we all deserve a great quality of life.  Being overweight, which leads to blood clotting issues, strokes, heart attacks, high blood pressure...those things limit us physically.  I want my family and friends to be free of all those hardships... so all I can do is set an example by eating healthy and being active. Being healthy is possible, it just takes desire and hard work!!

Reasons to be Fit- I'd say this is my second top reason to be fit. I want my family to care, and I want my daughter to be happy and gorgeous and not hate herself like I do.
