Today I have this large 5 bedroom family home to show you. It's a good size and would suit the growing family. The guest bedroom could be used as a teenagers retreat. The master is spacious with its own living area and huge WIR behind the bed. I like that!

Floor Plan Friday: 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom with modern skillion roof - Katrina Chambers

This plan has just about everything. It’s modern, huge and suits the family who love to entertain. The bedrooms are down one side, with the living and large alfresco on the other. The lounge area is on the front of the home and there is no wasted space in

Stoneleigh Display Home - Lifestyle Floor Plan

Stoneleigh Display Home - Lifestyle Floor Plan I'd move the fridge closer to the 'Larder'. Also, make the entry to the master smaller and WIR bigger. Looks like wasted space to me.

Elara | Green Homes Australia: swap bedroom 1 and garage and would be ideal.

Today I have this plan which has been designed to maximise the northerly aspect of the sun. I like that the main living spaces are situated to the rear of the home with the kitchen.

Floor Plan Friday: Separate Living Zones

Floor Plan Friday: Separate Living Zones which could be constructed in phases .

I thought I might have shared this one before but I went through my archives and it seems not! This is a GREAT family plan. 3 bedrooms towards the front of the home, with the master behind the garage

Floor Plan Friday: Impressive kitchen, e-zone and spacious living (Katrina Chambers)

The Procida floorplans

Like the beds all in one end. Put family bath with toilet between beds and have powder room where bath is. I just don't get having a toilet with no sink and having guests use bathroom kids use!

Like the concept of the kitchen being open to family areas, but having the "scullery" room more enclosed for messier activities. Saw a chef's home recently here in the states, and she did the same thing. Had sinks in both areas, but the big sink and dishwashers were in the scullery/pantry. Don't like seeing the bar stools from the entry.

no (create mudroom with no powder, extend laundry to end of garage and create woodshop, add arched opening gallery walk to master, screened patio from master to study
