Why do certain sugary chocolate bars advertise themselves to keep you "fuller for longer" when, in reality, fructose can actually make you hungrier? Frittatinis. Inspired by Sarah Wilson's recipe in my I Quit Sugar book, I tried these today. Great results that we'll be eating off of for over a week! A few notes... I pulsed up chopped onion (about a third of a med.), a shallot, half an orange pepper, a small zucchini, broccoli and cauliflower...definitely more than 2 cups! Added just over 4 pieces crumbled bacon and a touch of pink sea salt.
