Ingredients: • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature • ½ tsp garlic powder • ¼ tsp oregano • ¼ tsp black pepper • 2 eggs • 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and thoroughly pressed dry • ½ cup feta • ½ cup grated parmesan • ½ cup shredded mozzarella • 4 oz pancetta • 1 puff pastry • Non-stick cooking spray Instructions: • 1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees • 2.Over medium heat, cook the pancetta for 5 minutes until cooked through.
