Maggie Beer's fabulous Fig and Walnut Tart (meringue). This recipe is acrowd pleaser - the hardest part is chopping the dried figs andwalnuts! I top it with slightly sweetened whipped cream and very thinslices of fresh lime as Maggie suggests - sublime!
