Feta Dip: Ingredients ― 8 oz feta cheese; 1 Tbsp lemon zest; 2 Tbsp lemon juice; 1 clove garlic, minced; 6 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil; fresh thyme. Place all ingredients except olive oil and thyme in the bowl of a food processor; process well, about 1 minute. Empty into a serving bowl; drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with thyme. Serve with pita bread or with vegetables. #Feta
Hot Spinach dip-This rich, creamy dip can be assembled through step two up to three days ahead, then covered and refrigerated; it can also be served as a side dish. Two 10-ounce packages of frozen spinach can be substituted for the fresh. Thaw according to box instructions, drain well, and chop.
