This poster is designed to make life a bit easier for early education teachers when trying to link learning stories and observations to theorists. It is a very easy to read document that looks great up on a wall, in children's portfolios and anywhere that educators need a quick snapshot of different theorists in childhood education.

Each of the principles, practices and outcomes support educators in providing quality education in the early childhood sector. Educators are able to use the framework as a guide when planning and programming activities and routines for children.
This graphic represents the forward momentum that can be achieved through reflective practice. It is a cycle but one that is always making progress rather than just spinning around and around. Reflecting can metaphorically get your wheels to stop spinning in the mud and get that truck moving again! A particularly New Brunswick metaphor for all of those educators who love going muddin' :)
