Gluten-free Lemon Cake: I've made this cake twice now and people just love it! It doesn't contain flour (gluten free) and literally taste like Lemon Meringue pie in a cake! I served it with coconut whip cream and fresh blueberries!
Thermomix Caramel Slice Topping: Refrigerate until cold. Chocolate Top Place chocolate and vegetable oil into TM bowl and melt Spread the chocolate mixture over the caramel and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. Slice to serve.
