In my ABS workout plan has 10 exercises, I do each and every exercise with 3 sets and do 10 reps for every exercise set. I always focus on how I complete my exercise sets, because a right technique will help you to grow as muscle fast.
Raised bed/planter/fence/privacy screen - this is a conglomeration of several items I saw in magazines and catalogs. I plan on building lots of these to use as planters. Add a lid for storage, composting, extra seating. Or a sloped cold frame lid to garden in cooler weather. This one is 64" high, but I plan on making some at 48" and 32" too. I used 1x4x8 cedar boards and deck screws. I'll probably add some hooks and shelves too - the possibilities seem endless!
