Gary Douglas' definition of consciousness is: "Consciousness includes everything and judges nothing." Including judgement. What if you could acknowledge your judgments, enjoy them if it's fun, not make them significant or true or real and see what shows up from that space? You can't change anything you are in judgment of. So want to change your judgment? Stop judging judgment.
