I Quit Sugar: Chicken Korma with Cumin Naan by Callum Hann     130 g Greek-style yoghurt.     3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced.     1 piece ginger, thumb-sized, finely grated.     2 c coriander, stems finely chopped, leaves reserved.     2 tsp garam masala, plus 2 teaspoons extra.     4 (100g) chicken thighs, boneless.     2 tbsp olive oil.     1 brown onion, halved and thinly sliced.     1 red pepper, thinly sliced.     2 tsp curry powder.     250 ml tomato passata    2 c spinach

The Best Vegan Chocolate Mousse      400 ml can coconut cream.     1/2 cup raw cacao powder.     1/4 cup rice malt syrup.     1/4 cup chia seeds.     cacao nibs, optional.     1. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Whisk ingredients together until well combined and smooth. Pour into 4-6 serving glasses. Sprinkle with cacao nibs if you like.     2. Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
