For this workout you will want to use sliders OR you can use a towel on a hard surface OR plates on carpet smile Here is the plan From the plank position, slide both legs open and close (60 seconds) From that same position, alternate sliding open and close on one leg (60 seconds) Now while standing, slide your legs out into a side lunge while alternating sides (60 seconds) Get into a runner's pose and slide your leg in and out (30 seconds each side)
