Food and Fit 101 on Instagram: "Spinach Pasta 💚 (via: @natali_poluyanova_) Ingredients: ▫️ pasta - 80 g ▫️ cherry tomatoes - 200 g ▫️ cottage cheese - 120 g ▫️ spinach - 100 g ▫️ olive oil ▫️ garlic ▫️ salt and pepper Directions: 1. Place pasta on a bed of spinach (for example, linguini, as in the video), top with cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes. 2. Squeeze a couple cloves of garlic, add olive oil and pour in water or broth so that all the pasta is covered. 3. Salt, pepper and put in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes."
