Recipe: Honey Lemon Myrtle Chicken Kebabs 500g Chicken fillets – cut into cubes 2 tbls Lemon Myrtle Honey glaze 2 tbs warmed honey (makes it runny) Splash of Mediterranean Olive Oil Mix Oil, warmed honey & Glaze to a thin paste….marinade chicken cubes – the longer it stands the more the flavour develops. THAI GREEN CURRY CHICKEN SAUSAGE ROLLS - GREAT LUNCHTIME SNACK - Mix 500g Chicken Mince & 2 tablespoons of YIAH Thai Green Curry Dip Mix together. Use 2-3 sheets of Puff Pastry. Cut each sheet in 1/2 & place some Chicken mixture on top and roll in pastry. Cut into size of choice, brush with Milk & sprinkle with Sesame Seeds. Bake in oven until golden. For a Spicy Tomato Sauce add 1/2 teaspoon of YIAH Smokehouse BBQ Dip mix. ENJOY!!
