Fitballs 60g quinoa flakes 80g almond butter  50g Natvia 100g pea protein powder  150g mixed seeds  100g slivered almonds 50g craisins (or raisins) 50g caramelised buckinis (Optional) 2 tsp cinnamon 70g cacao 1 tbsp mesquite powder (optional) 1 tsp almond essence 200ml almond milk (this quantity may need to be adjusted according to the type of protein powder used as some are drier than others) 20g coconut oil

I made these for my cousin to take on her camping trip. They use dates and buckini's for sweetness, which pairs wonderfully with the cashews and coconut.
