These bars are super easy to make. They don’t need baking and are full of protein and fibre, as well as lots of lovely, healthy ingredients. Great for breakfast on the go or for a mid afternoon pick-me-up. If you would prefer, you can toast the oats in the oven for 10 mins before using.
