The Queensland government will raid public service superannuation funds and hit up government-owned corporations for $10 billion to plug a post-resources-boom budget hole.  Despite advice from state actuary Wayne Cannon there is a one-in-five chance of an accrued deficit in the QSuper defined benefits scheme, Treasurer Curtis Pitt decided to take $4 billion from the $34 billion fund.
