What do you think of when you hear the term self-care? Is it a tropical getaway on an exotic island or a luxurious day at the spa? Perhaps these examples are not maintainable on a daily basis and can make self-care something that is done every now and again. It is recommended to practice self-care daily even if it is for just 5 minutes on those super busy days.
