Vanilla Bean Paste 6-8 vanilla Beans (you can purchase ours from the link above) 150g sugar (I used vanilla sugar, but any sugar will be fine) 1 tblsp glucose/corn syrup (this helps to stop the sugar from crystallising) 2 pinches salt 3 tblsp vanilla extract (preferably homemade, recipe found in our free xmas ebook, link above) 150g boiling hot water.
