This is a really cool sewing or embroidery idea. It's kind of like girl scout badges or a charm bracelet, where each square represents something important in your life. The blogger here made this for her Mom's 70th Birthday, doing 70 Squares for all things important to her mom. Pretty damn impressive, this would take me a lifetime.
Super easy cute gift idea. My mom used to sing this to me when I was young as her mother had sang it her. One piece of unfinished wood. Stickers for the words and spray paint. After painting stickers are easiest removed with slant tip tweezers. This is a small 5x7 size that can be propped on a shelf with an easel or a stong magnet glued to the back tovplace on fridge. I made this as a small "I love you" gift for her 70th birthday
inchmark - inchmark journal - dad turns seventy
Okay, this is a GREAT idea. Brooke, from inchmark, printed out 70 postcards for her dad's birthday. Then she sent them out to 70 people in his life, pre-addressed and pre-postaged. People wrote their favourite memory on them and then mailed them off to the birthday boy. What a great gift! Memories in the mailbox. Want to do this for my mom's 70th
