2015 SYDNEY Harbour Bridge lit up with images of 62,000 falling poppies. Each 1 for a Digger who died in WWI. Poppies will fall from the Bridge pylons every 15 mins as part of a moving tribute lighting up the Sydney landmark with powerful images from WWI - historic portraits of Australian soldiers. “The Bridge steel pylons standing 89m tall will proudly display images focusing on our brave Anzac men & women who gave their lives for our country,” NSW Roads & Maritime minister Duncan Gay said.
