BANANA OATMEAL BARS Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/3 cup maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups oats 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/3 cup chocolate chips Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mash bananas in a bowl, then mix in peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla. Add oats, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, and chocolate chips, and combine. Spread batter in a parchment-lined 8x8-inch pan. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until edges are golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes, transfer to a rack, then slice. Store in an airtight container at room temp or refrigerate for freshness. Enjoy!
