{Popcorn Chicken} 2 eggs, beaten into a bowl 2 large chicken breasts, chopped into bite size pieces  Oil  Coating:  2 tabs salt 1.5 tabs pepper 1.5 tabs dried onion flakes 1 tabs dried garlic 1 tabs rosemary 1/2 tabs basil 1/2 tabs paprika 1/2 tabs oregano 1/2 tabs mustard seeds 1 teas thyme  1 teas tarragon 350g plain flour
