Our Barefoot Hippie Smoothie is one you HAVE to try! Recipe: 1 cup coconut milk (or your choice of milk) 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt 1 frozen banana 1/3 cup frozen or fresh strawberries 1 tbsp LSA (Linseed, sunflower & almond meal) 1 tsp Changing Habits Probiotics 1 tsp honey or 2 Changing Habits Dates if you would like it slightly sweeter Blend until smooth and enjoy!
