Yum! Pad Thai Noodles are my absolute favourite Thai dish, and this 'ultimate' vegetarian & vegan version won't disappoint. Crispy tofu, flat rice noodles, peanuts, beansprouts, radishes, lime and a sour sauce. Totally more-ish.
My wife and I used to eat a similar dish at Manivanh on 24th Street in San Francisco. Serve with jasmine rice to soak up the black pepper sauce.
