The Imperial Forums are a long series of monumental squares dating back to the period between 46 BC and 113 AD: the Forum of Caesar, built by Julius Caesar for propaganda reasons, the Forum of Augustus, built at the behest of Octavian Augustus, the Temple of Peace and the two forums of Nerva and Trajan. It is one of the most viewed and photographed attractions in Rome and a real open-air museum, to be admired during the day and with the evening lights. Photo credits: IG @baroudeurfrancais
