Made it, Loved it - I usually make waffles a few times a month, always searching for the best recipe.  This is so far the best one I have made.  SO good!!

Krempita - 2 sheets puff pastry, 6 1/3 C milk, 5 1/4 oz cornstarch, 1 oz vanilla sugar, 8 egg yolks, 7 oz sugar, 8 oz whipping cream. Prebake pastry. Mix egg yolks w/ sugar till frothy. Add one cup of milk & corn starch. Mix well. Bring remaining milk w/ vanilla sugar to boil. Once it comes to a boil, temper & slowly mix in the yolk mixture. Wisk for one minute. Cool completely. Add whip cream. Spread filling over cool puff in 9x13 pan & lay 2nd sheet on top. Chill 2+ hours. Dust w/ xxx…
