In honor of Feb. 5th, World Nutella Day.  You could easily halve this recipe (what for, I'm not sure), using the smaller amount of oil.  Toast the nuts for 12-15 minutes  at 350 degs. is a must.  I would also add 1/2 tsp. of vanilla.  Try not to eat it all standing at the counter.

Leek and potato cakes - and easy lunch or side:  Ingredients •6 medium sized potatoes – grated •1 leek – finely chopped •herbs – mint, thyme, sage and chives – finely chopped •1 clove of garlic, finely chopped •3 eggs, beaten •½ cup grated cheese •salt and pepper to taste    Instructions Preheat your oven to 180 C and grease a muffin pan well. Use the food processor or finely chops the leek, herbs and garlic.
